CHIA PUDDING WITH BERRIES

Great for breakfast or a dessert, berry chia pudding is very popular now.  And all of this for good reason!  Berry chia pudding is a cinch to make and provides some great nutrition and health benefits.

Instructions
  1. If you have fresh blueberries, mash them for better flavor. However, if you have the frozen kind, leave it as is.
  2. Mix the chia seeds, berries, almond milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract in a bowl. Transfer to a covered container.
  3. Place the container in the fridge overnight or at least eight hours.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
