Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Prepare your vegetables by washing, peeling the outer peel. Using your peeler, continue peeling the root vegetables until you have thin strips of each one.
  3. Prepare 2 baking sheets for roasting and toss your vegetables together with the kale with oil and seasoning.
  4. Place cookie sheet in the oven and bake for 35 minutes tossing on the pan occasionally to prevent burning. The vegetables will be crispy as chips once you are done!
