We’ve created a meaty mushroom burger with portobello mushrooms and black beans.  These can be served on the traditional buns or wrapped in romaine leaves for a lighter burger dish.

  1. In a large bowl combine all of your ingredients. Mix until ingredients are combined to form a vegetable dough.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Scoop a handful of the mixture and form into a patty.
  4. Place patties in the hot oil and cook for 4-5 mins on either side until cooked through with a crunchy exterior.
