  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add the mushrooms and saute until they begin to brown and shrink in size.
  2. Remove from the heat and drain any liquid. Stir in the vegetables, herbs, and rice powder.
  3. Separately, mix together the lime juice, chili paste, and soy sauce.
  4. Toss to combine with the mushrooms.
  5. Arrange lettuce leaves and spoon the mushroom larb on top.
