Chia seed pudding is great for a healthy breakfast as well as for a nice dessert.  Here is a simple chia pudding recipe to try.  You can add many other ingredients such as berries, nuts, seeds, or coconut to this versatile and delicious treat.

  1. Mix the chia seeds, honey, vanilla, coconut milk and salt in a bowl. Transfer to a covered container.
  2. Place the container in the fridge overnight. This will make the chia seeds absorb the extracts and the milk, creating a thick and gelatinous, tapioca-like texture.
  3. Add the raw almonds for crunch.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
