Once you begin growing your own sprouts, you’ll find many ways to use them in your meals.  Here is a simple sprouted salad recipe to try.

  1. Toss the sprouts and vegetables in a bowl together.
  2. In a glass jar, add the spices, lemon juice, olive oil, and vinegar. Shake vigorously to combine.
  3. Drizzle half of the dressing on top of the salad and toss to coat all vegetables. Chill until serving and then top with remaining dressing. Enjoy!
