Our sprouted quinoa flatbread makes a great accompaniment for dinner or lunch.  It is easy to make and sure to please.

  1. Soak quinoa and kombu overnight in 4 cups water.
  2. Rinse the grain and place in a food processor with olive oil, pepper, salt, rosemary, garlic, and chia seed mixture. Pulse until the mixture is creamy and thick in texture.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  4. Line a baking sheet and spray with oil spray. Spread the batter over the parchment paper. Use a spatula to shape the mixture thin on the sheet.
  5. Place in oven on baking sheet for 5 minutes. Pull the sheet out from the oven and leave the parchment paper and batter in the oven on the rack for 10 minutes or until crispy.
