Instructions
  1. Sauté shallots and peppers in olive oil.
  2. Cube and steam tempeh. Add tempeh to vegetables.
  3. Stir in black beans.
  4. Arrange corn tortillas on a plate and later rice, veggie/tempeh mixture, tomato, scallions, and lentils. Roll and pan sear.
  5. Serve hot.
