  1. Soak the rice noodles in a bowl covered in water for 15 mins. Drain.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the vegetables. Stir-fry over medium heat until they are softening up.
  3. Drizzle some extra oil in the pan and add your drained noodles to the stir fry mix.
  4. Stir in half of the chopped herbs.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, agave, almond butter, veggie broth, rice vinegar and chili paste. Once combined, add the sauce and stir fry.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and remaining herbs.
